First Installment Cook County property taxes due date pushed to April 3, 2023

Northfield Township Assessor Alida E. Nally, CIAO, wants to make residents aware that Cook County property owners will have an extra month to pay their First Installment property taxes this year, and their bills are already available online. Northfield Township Distributes Human Service Funding to Local Agencies for FY22–23

Based on recommendations from the Northfield Township Human Services Commission, the Northfield Township Board of Trustees approved the allocation of money to support local human service agencies at its February 14th board meeting.  A total of 43 agencies received $649,980.00 in funding this year for social service programs that assist residents. Priority was given to agencies that address the Northfield Township Distributes Human Service Funding to Local Agencies for FY22–23

Annual Town Meeting to be Held April 11

Every year, on the second Tuesday of April, all townships within Illinois conduct an Annual Township Meeting. All of the electors (registered voters) in Northfield Township may attend this meeting and have a direct voice in electing a moderator and determining how their Township operates.
