SEWER BILLING UPDATE

We have updated our billing software.  As a result the annual bills are delayed.  You should receive your bill no later than the first week of March. Late fees will not be assessed until May 1st, 2026.

Once you receive your bill,  you will be able to create an account in the new customer portal which will allow you to pay your bill on line, set up auto payments and request paperless billing.  In order to create an account you will need your NEW account and CID number, both of which can be found on your bill.  Additional instructions for setting up your customer portal will be included in your bill and also available by clicking the link below.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If you used Auto Pay in the past, you will need to re-enroll in the new customer portal. Previous Auto Pay information did not transfer over into the new system.

If you sign up for Auto Pay AFTER March 1st, 2026, you will still need to manually pay your bill for 2026. When you sign up for Auto Pay AFTER March 1st, 2026, Auto Pay will become effective for your 2027 bill. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

Visit our secure payment portal to pay your bill with an e-check or credit card.

Processing Fees: Online and phone credit card payments incur a 2.3% fee ($1.00 min) and online eChecks cost $0.50 per transaction. Fees can be avoided by mailing a check or paying in person with cash or check.

Overhead Sanitary Sewer Conversion

Converting to an overhead sanitary sewer system is potentially eligible for our cost-sharing reimbursement program.
